Wi-Fi QR Code Generator
Generate a Wi-Fi QR code from your SSID and password. iPhone and Android scan it to connect instantly β no typing the WPA2/WPA3 key from your TP-Link, Huawei, Asus or Zyxel modem.
Fill in your network details below. The QR code is generated locally in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
Network name (SSID) β
How does this work?
The QR code encodes a special string that recent versions of iOS, Android and most modern phone cameras recognize. When scanned, the phone offers to connect to the network. Print it, stick it on the fridge, and never spell out a 20-character password again.
Common use cases
- 1Share Wi-Fi with guests in seconds β print the QR and stick it on the fridge or a cafΓ© table. Anyone with iPhone or Android scans it and connects without typing a 20-character WPA2 key.
- 2Set up a smart-home or IoT camera quickly β security cameras, smart plugs and printers from TP-Link, Xiaomi or Tuya often onboard via a QR scan instead of manual SSID entry.
- 3Onboard a new tenant or employee β drop the QR into your handover doc so a TΓΌrk Telekom, Vodafone or BT modem password gets to the right person without ending up in a chat history.
Frequently asked questions
Is the QR code generated locally?+
Yes. Both the SSID and the password stay in your browser β nothing is sent to our server. The QR is built client-side from the standard "WIFI:T:WPA;S:β¦;P:β¦;;" string.
Will iPhone and Android both scan it?+
Yes. iOS 11+ and Android 10+ recognise the Wi-Fi QR format natively from the camera app. Older Android phones can use any QR scanner that supports the WIFI: scheme.
Does it support WPA3 and hidden networks?+
Yes. Switch the security dropdown to WPA3 if your modem supports it (newer Asus, ASUS, Netgear, Eero models). Tick "Hidden network" for SSIDs that don't broadcast.
