What you can write about
- Incorrect or missing information — If a device’s default username, password, or IP address is wrong, let us know. Including a source helps us fix it faster.
- Removal request — If you are a manufacturer or rights holder and want an entry taken down, send the page link and your reason.
- Partnerships and advertising — Use the same address for content partnerships and advertising enquiries.
- Privacy and data rights — For requests under GDPR or KVKK, see our Privacy Policy or write to us directly.
We cannot provide technical support
AccessChecker is a reference database — we are not a device manufacturer or service provider. If you cannot log in to your device, your internet is down, or your hardware is faulty, please contact your manufacturer’s support line or your internet service provider.
Responsible use
The default credentials we publish are documented publicly by manufacturers for setup and recovery. Use them only on devices you own or are authorised to administer. See our Terms of Service for details.
