How to Login to Unidesk
Follow these steps to access the Unidesk admin panel using the default credentials listed above.
- Make sure your computer or phone is connected to the Unidesk network via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable.
- Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and enter the device IP address into the address bar.
- When the login screen appears, type the default username and password from the table above.
- If the credentials work, you will be taken to the Unidesk admin dashboard. If they fail, the password may have been changed — perform a factory reset.
- For security reasons, change the default password immediately after your first successful login.
Common Login Problems & Fixes
Cannot reach the login page
Confirm you are connected to the correct network and that the IP address is correct. Try a different browser or clear your browser cache.
Default password not accepted
Someone may have changed the password. Perform a factory reset to restore the original Unidesk credentials.
Page loads but admin panel never opens
Check that you typed http:// (not https://) and that no VPN or proxy is intercepting traffic to the local IP.
Forgot the changed password
Hold the reset button on the Unidesk for 10–15 seconds to restore factory defaults, then use the table above.

How to Reset Unidesk
If the default credentials don't work, your device may have been configured with a custom password. To restore factory defaults:
- Locate the Reset button (usually a small pinhole on the back of the device)
- Press and hold the Reset button for 10-15 seconds using a paperclip
- Wait for the device to reboot (LEDs will flash)
- After the reset, use the default credentials from the table above to log in
