How to Login to Polycom
Follow these steps to access the Polycom admin panel using the default credentials listed above.
- Make sure your computer or phone is connected to the Polycom network via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable.
- Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and enter the device IP address into the address bar.
- When the login screen appears, type the default username and password from the table above.
- If the credentials work, you will be taken to the Polycom admin dashboard. If they fail, the password may have been changed — perform a factory reset.
- For security reasons, change the default password immediately after your first successful login.

Cannot reach the login page
Confirm you are connected to the correct network and that the IP address is correct. Try a different browser or clear your browser cache.
Default password not accepted
Someone may have changed the password. Perform a factory reset to restore the original Polycom credentials.
Page loads but admin panel never opens
Check that you typed http:// (not https://) and that no VPN or proxy is intercepting traffic to the local IP.
