How to Login to DEFENDER®
Follow these steps to access the DEFENDER® admin panel using the default credentials listed above.
- Make sure your computer or phone is connected to the DEFENDER® network via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable.
- Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and enter the device IP address into the address bar.
- When the login screen appears, type the default username and password from the table above.
- If the credentials work, you will be taken to the DEFENDER® admin dashboard. If they fail, the password may have been changed — perform a factory reset.
- For security reasons, change the default password immediately after your first successful login.
Common Login Problems & Fixes
Cannot reach the login page
Confirm you are connected to the correct network and that the IP address is correct. Try a different browser or clear your browser cache.
Default password not accepted
Someone may have changed the password. Perform a factory reset to restore the original DEFENDER® credentials.
Page loads but admin panel never opens
Check that you typed http:// (not https://) and that no VPN or proxy is intercepting traffic to the local IP.
Forgot the changed password
Hold the reset button on the DEFENDER® for 10–15 seconds to restore factory defaults, then use the table above.

How to Reset DEFENDER®
If the default credentials don't work, your device may have been configured with a custom password. To restore factory defaults:
- Locate the Reset button (usually a small pinhole on the back of the device)
- Press and hold the Reset button for 10-15 seconds using a paperclip
- Wait for the device to reboot (LEDs will flash)
- After the reset, use the default credentials from the table above to log in
